By accessing this website, you are agreeing to be bound by these website Terms and Conditions of Use, all applicable laws and regulations, and agree that you are age 19 or over, and responsible for compliance with any applicable local laws. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this site. The materials contained in this website are protected by applicable copyright and trade mark law.

Permission is granted to temporarily download one copy of the materials (information or software) on the TableTop Bong website  for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

modify or copy the materials; use the materials for any commercial purpose, or for any public display (commercial or non-commercial);
attempt to decompile or reverse engineer any software contained on the TableTop Bong website;
remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials; or
transfer the materials to another person or “mirror” the materials on any other server.

This license shall automatically terminate if you violate any of these restrictions and may be terminated by TableTop Bong at any time. Upon terminating your viewing of these materials or upon the termination of this license, you must destroy any downloaded materials in your possession whether in electronic or printed format.

Unused items carry a 7-day, no-questions-asked return policy for a refund of the purchase price minus a 10% handling charge. All shipping charges and import/export fees will be incurred by the customer. Any product you return must be in the same condition you received it and in the original packaging. We cannot be held responsible for return items lost or damaged by the post office.

Wood is a natural product and therefore colour variation will occur between each product. All wood products are treated with an all natural finish and will continue to oxidize and colour change, over time. We do not accept returns based on colour variation, or wood grain irregularities.

All devices manufactured by TableTop Bong are covered by a 2 year warranty against manufacturer defect. All glass sold by TableTop Bong is covered by a 15-day warranty against manufacturer defect. Warranty claims on products purchased by a TableTop Bong Trusted Retail Partner should be directed to  info@tabletopbong.com. Only products purchased from TableTop Bong or a trusted retail partner are eligible for warranty claims. We do not endorse any second-hand device sales and warranties on TableTop Bong products are non-transferable.

Shipping - 

All orders will be shipped within 7 business days, unless otherwise posted during high volume periods. TableTop Bong is NOT responsible for import fees, duties or taxes. 

In no event shall TableTop Bong, or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption,) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on TableTop Bong's website,  even if TableTop Bong or a TableTop Bong authorized  representative has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage. Because some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on implied warranties, or limitations of liability for consequential or incidental damages, these limitations may not apply to you.

The materials appearing on TableTop Bong’s web site could include technical, typographical, or photographic errors. TableTop Bong does not warrant that any of the materials on its web site are accurate, complete, or current. TableTop Bong may make changes to the materials contained on its website at any time without notice.  TableTop Bong does not, however, make any commitment to update the materials.

TableTop Bong has not reviewed all of the sites linked to its website and is not responsible for the contents of any such linked site. The inclusion of any link does not imply endorsement by TableTop Bong of the site. Use of any such linked web site is at  the user’s own risk.

TableTop Bong may revise these terms of use for its website  at any time without notice. By using this website you are agreeing to be bound by the then current version of these Terms and Conditions of  Use.

Any claim relating to TableTop Bong’s website shall be governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
